Name a better way to celebrate the holiday cheer than with a festive drink at a decorated Christmas holiday pop-up bar. Minnesotan’s know how to celebrate the holiday seasons, no matter what the weather can bring us. Here’s a list of all the holiday decorated pop up bars, restaurants, breweries and wineries you must visit in the good ole state of Minnesota. Majority of these places offer mocktail options, too! At the bottom of the blog, you can find a link to a Google Map I created to see all the locations! I hope your drink sleighs!
I’ll be updating this list as the holiday season goes on with the must see Christmas decor bars, so check back often, but here’s a list of the current ones! The list is in no particular order.

3. Brass Hat Dive Shop, a Speakeasy under Bode Gray’s
- Located below a restaurant, in a quant dark hidden speakeasy.

4. Red Nose and Ski Apres Chalet in Red Cow
- Decorated with two separate holiday rooms, serving cocktails, mocktails and amazing burgers!

7. Nutcracker Suite at Sovereign State Wine
- You must buy a ticket to Spirit of Winter to attend the holiday bar located on the site of a winery.

- No reservations required. First come, first serve bases with 90 minute time limits if busy.

8. Down the Chimney at Hotel Emery
- Serving up cocktails and mocktails in their basement bar of a stunning hotel.

- A fun brewery that is family friendly, with over 12,00 Christmas lights. Don’t forget to try their pizza’s.

- A spot for the whole family, with winter wonderland theme throughout with a unique drink and food menu. You must try the chicken wild rice pizza. They have tons of games, axe throwing, and go-karts.
