Name a better way to celebrate the holiday cheer than with a festive drink at a decorated Christmas holiday pop-up bar? Minnesotans know how to celebrate the holiday seasons, no matter what the weather can bring us. Here’s a list of all the holiday decorated pop up bars, restaurants, breweries and wineries you can visit this season in the good ole state of Minnesota. Majority of these places offer mocktail options, too! Send this list to someone you want to enjoy a holiday pop-up with! I hope your drink sleighs!

1. Nico’s Navidad at Nico’s Taco
- Serving cocktails, mocktails and traditional Mexican street cuisine with fun holiday decorations.

3. Brass Hat Dive Shop, a Speakeasy under Bode Gray’s
- Located below a restaurant, in a quant dark hidden speakeasy
- Waconia
- Closed Mondays and Sundays, Open Tuesday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Friday and Saturday Open 4:00 pm – 12:00 am.
- No reservations needed, but perks for speakeasy members.
- Pro Tip: Look for the red light outside the door to know where it is and when it’s open.

- A stunning holiday decor bar inside of a luxury hotel lobby bar.

6. Holiday Flight Club in Travail Basement Bar
- A cocktail pairing with a full meal, in a festive basement bar.

7. Nutcracker Suite at Sovereign State Wine
- You must buy a ticket to Spirit of Winter to attend the holiday bar located on the site of a winery.

- No reservations required. First come, first serve bases with 90 minute time limits if busy.

8. Down the Chimney at Hotel Emery
- Serving up cocktails and mocktails in their basement bar of a stunning hotel.

- A fun brewery that is family friendly, with over 12,00 Christmas lights. Don’t forget to try their pizza’s.

- A stunning lake side bar and grill style restaurant with amazing Christmas decor throughout.

11. Winter Wonder Bar at Creekside Supper Club
- Your typical supper club serving up delicious food, holiday themed drinks while being decked out in holiday cheer!

- This is an experience of a simulation of a snowy Christmas train ride with food and drinks served.
